We are a French/English partnership. Isabelle has spent most of her working life in the wine trade and catering in England.

Stephen has spent most of his working life in financial markets, and therefore has a keen interest in wine and food, (they seem to go together).

The beautiful Gironde estuary from which our region takes its name.
